Nova Store reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Pricing or listing errors
- Product availability issues
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Violation of our store policies
Orders are only confirmed after successful payment verification.
4. Payment
- All payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers.
- Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully completed.
- Nova Store is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers or banking institutions.
5. No Cancellation Policy
- Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
- Pre-orders are an exception and may be cancelled subject to a 30% cancellation fee. In the event of cancellation, 30% of the total pre-order value will be retained and the remaining balance will be refunded.
- Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

1. Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
2. Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed only in cases of:
- Defective or damaged products
- Incorrect item received
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened trading card packs or booster boxes
- Pre-orders after confirmation
- Limited edition or exclusive items
- Digital products (if applicable)
4. No Refund Policy
- All sales are considered final unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.
- Refund requests due to change of mind, order mistakes by the customer, or canceled interest will not be accepted.
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–10 business days after inspection and approval.
6. Shipping Information And Fees
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the error was caused by Nova Store.
- All orders After 6pm Will be Delivered Next Working Day.
